Market research can be hyper-local. News & World Report released its list of Best Jobs of 2015 this month. Market research is a fascinating, always engaging and rewarding career. Understanding who your audience is, how they think and what motivates them is a job that’s tough to hand over to a machine, or offshore to someone who isn’t part of your community and its culture every day.

U.S. And you don’t have to be a total math geek to succeed. You need to understand how to use data and how calculations are done, but software does the heavy mathematical lifting. By creating jobs, fueling innovation, driving exports, and connecting people, automakers are powering the American economy forward. News is recognizing what I’ve known for a long time.
