This our expectation on the basis of logic which the pay commission  utilised in earlier pay commissions also. It is simple formula that pay of  individual category kept at par with the inflation. So when we compare that the  pay with DA and increments after 10 years how much increased with ratio to  initial pay fixation of last pay commission.   If, anyone have any other logic and reason  than comments below.  These pay we are expecting at the initial  fixation for the particular category /Designation.
